MAKING A PURCHASE
Payments can be made by via cheque, paypal or you can use a credit card via our worldpay online portal. Cash payments can also be taken at our head office in Gullane.
Credit cards are not processed in house and therefore we do not hold any financial data for our customers. When placing your order online you can select two payment methods 1 with WorldPay or 2. PayPal. Please note you will be directed to their secure payment portal and this service will process your payment. Once your payment is processed and we have had this been confirmed by WorldPay or PayPal then your order will be dispatched. In some cases, your order will be prepared for dispatch within minutes of placing your order. Please note that all orders made via PayPal will have payment taken at the time you place your order.
OUT OF STOCK AND BUSY PERIODS
If we encounter any delays to your order or if the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible and provide you with an estimated delivery date. If we cannot provide you with this you will be offered a full refund if you have already paid by card.
Whilst we make every effort possible to deliver your goods as quickly as possible, sometimes we can get very busy during the festive period and some items will sell out very fast. At these times our stock ordering and delivery services will be pushed to their maximum capabilities and to avoid disappointment please order your goods as early as possible.

All Beatitude mail order parcels are sent with Royal Mail. Our standard post is second class post but you can upgrade and pay for 1st Class if you need your product sooner. This offers a reliable fully tracked service in the UK.
